Our standard delivery fee covers locations within a 15-mile radius. For deliveries beyond that range, a custom quote will be provided based on distance. 

Events held outdoors often require additional preparation, equipment protection, and setup considerations. This flat fee helps cover the added labor, weatherproofing measures, and logistics required for successful outdoor execution.
